Frequently asked questions
How do I sign in?
Enter your email address and we'll send you a 6-digit code; enter it in the app. There is no password. Lookboard is invite-only: if your address has not been invited, you'll see a message saying so.
How do I add clothes?
Tap + in the wardrobe and take or pick photos. The background is removed on your phone; check the suggested details and save. You can also share photos or a shop link into Lookboard.
Why does background removal not work?
It needs iOS 17 or later and does not run on the iOS simulator. Without it, the original photo is used.
How do I build an outfit?
Open Outfits, tap +, pick items and arrange them on the canvas with your fingers. Two fingers scale and rotate.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile and tap "Delete account". We'll email you a code; enter it to confirm. This permanently deletes your items, photos, outfits, plans and collections. Your other FAMHQ apps keep their data. If you no longer have the app, email julianomg8@gmail.com from the address you signed in with and we'll delete your Lookboard account for you.
